Rives & Reves is a lovely example of the ever popular Piper 49M.

Launched in 2019 she remains in very good condition. She was launched at Migennes in mid 2019 and has primarily used as a pied de terre in Paris. This is backed up with the engine hours showing only 95 hours.

Accommodation

The accommodation is designed to be a very comfortable liveaboard for 2 people. Occasional guests are accommodated either by way of a bed settee or the wheelhouse seating converts to a double bed

The master cabin has a dedicated luxurious head with a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin over a vanity unit. Guests aboard then have the use of the dayloo situated close to the wheelhouse

The Galley is fully equipped with a 4 burner gas hob, oven, sink, single fridge and a fridge/freezer combination. An integrated microwave and hob extractor are also fitted

The saloon features plenty of storage and is furnished with loose furniture. It also features the piper wine cellar which is a large hatch in the saloon floor that gives direct access to the bilge area

The wheelhouse opens direct to the stern deck via large bifold doors and is a great area to entertain or simply relax with a glass of that local wine

Construction

Built from Lloyds grade A steel blasted and primed. she has a 12mm keel plate, 8mm chines and 5mm cabin. Very large integrated tankage. The hull is coated with Jotun 2 pack marine paint. a full set of alloy anodes and a mastervolt isolation transformer completes the hull protection.

Fitted out is a Birch plywood and then painted with a high quality finish she looks as bright on the inside as the outside
